1. Introduction

Welcome to Abilities, a website that provides information about Madden NFL abilities. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service” or “TOS”). If you do not agree to the TOS, please do not use our website.

2. Services

Abilities provides information about Madden 27 abilities, including but not limited to player abilities, team abilities, and game modes. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or improve any of our services at any time without notice.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use our website to engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity. You also agree to not use our website to publish, upload, or transmit any content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

4. User-Submitted Clips

Signed-in users may submit gameplay clips, either by uploading a video file or by linking to a video hosted on a third-party service such as YouTube or Twitch. Submissions are reviewed before they appear publicly, and we may decline, remove, or stop displaying any submission at any time, for any reason, without notice.

You must only submit footage that you recorded yourself, or that you otherwise have the right to share with us for this purpose. Do not submit footage that infringes anyone's copyright, that contains another person's private information, or that includes content unrelated to Madden NFL gameplay.

By uploading a clip you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and publicly display that clip on this website, and to create a still image from it for use as a thumbnail. You keep ownership of your footage. This license ends when the clip is removed from the site, except for copies retained in backups or required for our records.

By submitting a link you confirm the video is publicly available and that you are entitled to point us at it. Linked videos are not hosted by us; they remain on the third-party service, are played from that service, and are subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy. We may store the video's title, channel name, and a copy of its thumbnail image so the clip can still be identified if the original is taken down.

5. Copyright Complaints

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement concerning material hosted on this website. If you believe material available here infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — a direct link to the page is best.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Send notices to our designated agent through our contact page. We will remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice, and we may terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.

We do not host videos that are linked from third-party services. If your complaint concerns a video hosted on YouTube or Twitch, please also raise it with that service, which is the only party able to remove it at the source. We will stop displaying the link on request.

6. Third-Party Content and Embeds

Some pages embed video players from third-party services. These players are only loaded once you choose to play a clip, but when you do, that service receives your IP address and may set cookies or otherwise collect information under its own policies, over which we have no control. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement of their content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

Our website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free or uninterrupted. We also do not make any representations or warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the content on our website.
